Keep Calm and Hop On

A giveaway hop that makes us think of spring!  Time flies by so quickly.  We’re more than halfway through winter and before we know it, yes… it will be spring!  Our first sign that spring is on the way is seeing robins returning to our yard.  Next it’s the bare hint of green on weeping willow trees and on the underbrush visible in the woods.  I always get excited when I see these things happening!

Now that we’re thinking spring, what’s not to like about a giveaway hop that puts a spring in our step and causes our mind to jump forward to spring projects?  Nothing, right!  So, when I was given the opportunity to participate in this hop, I jumped on board:

Welcome to the 2nd annual Keep Calm and Hop On Giveaway Hop!

This hop is packed with amazing prizes at each stop. Be sure to check out the 3 hosts for wonderful grand prize packages. Visit daily to increase your chances of winning and good luck!

I live in Texas, so I am okay holding on to winter a bit longer. Though we have the occasional dip into freezing temps, there are still a lot of sunny and warm days in winter, and spring brings the violent storms.

I am enjoying winter right now, so I would love for the cooler air to stick around a little while longer.

I know this will make me unpopular, but we haven’t had a significant snow here this year….and I actually enjoy snow. So – can we just get one snow of 3 inches or more in February? Spring can come after that!

We’ve hardly had any snow here in mid Michigan. I’d like to have some snow, it doesn’t feel like winter at all(only the temps).

I have discovered that I do much better on days that the sun is shining. Very many cloudy days and it starts effecting me negatively. Yes, I’m ready for spring too!
