How was your Thanksgiving? Ours was good; I was thrilled this year that I did not have to host the dinner!  My son and daughter-in-law hosted both sides of the family at their home. Lots of food and lots of good company!

Paul and I have a turkey fryer and we deep fried two turkeys and took them to the festivities.  Needless to say, we had a good bit of turkey left over which suits me just fine because I think that one of the best things about Thanksgiving turkey is the turkey sandwiches the following week.
